CHANNEL COMBINATION |

Channel Combination is used to combine separate image channels into a new image containing all the channels, This is useful for example to combine the previously aligned RGB channels of an image into one single color image |

A ) Colour space--Select the color space to be used for the combination. the channel/source image descriptors will change to suit B ) Channels / Source Images--Select your grayscale images to be used , in this case RGB images C ) Target: You can select a target image where the resulting combination will be placed , Not normaly used |

HOW TO USE CHANNEL COMBINATION |

Well not to hard this one , just make sure your images have been aligned before use and select the grayscale images in the source images and then apply using the global apply button and you will be presented with a new combined image With RGB images in Pixinsight we do not worry to much about channel weight as we throw them all in as they are and let colour calibration balance them |
