Subtractive Chromatic Noise Reduction |
|
SCNR is used mainly to deal with green noisy pixels. The idea of SCNR is quite simple. most deep sky objects do not contain green and there are no green stars. We may conclude that if we find green pixels on a color balanced, deep-sky astrophoto, they are noise. You can Use SCNR at any time but its usually towards the end of your process You will be pleased to hear SCNR is very easy to use ! |
